Scream It Like You Mean It was an annual tour put on by founders and owners Dave Shapiro of Los Angeles, Los-Angeles–based The Agency Group Ltd. and Matthew Stewart of Washington, DC, Washington, D.C.–based Outerloop Management. Yogi Allgood was also a founder, owner, and creator of this tour from 2010 to 2013, but has since left Outerloop. Stewart also left in January 2014. The national tour throughout 2010–2011 reached the United States and Europe, and 2012–2013 reached throughout the United States. According to co-owner Stewart, "the whole point of this tour and the reason we're doing this for the third straight year is because we try our hardest to make [the tour] a positive experience for both the fans and the artists on it." Stewart also mentioned that "in 2012 or 2013 we’d like to have the tour in the US, Europe, and Australia. Woe, Is Me is an American metalcore band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2009. The band is signed to SBG Records. They were formerly signed to Rise Records and its subsidiary, Velocity Records. Their debut album, ''Numbers'', was released on August 31, 2010, and charted at number 16 on ''Billboard''s Top Heatseekers chart. Due to ongoing disputes between members, the band underwent several lineup changes during its original four-year run, with guitarist Kevin Hanson being the only founding member who remained. Attack Attack! is an American metalcore band from Westerville, Ohio, originally formed in 2007 as Ambiance. After self-releasing their first EP in 2007, the band signed to Rise Records the same year. They released three full-length albums, ''Someday Came Suddenly'', Attack Attack! (album), ''Attack Attack!'', and ''This Means War (Attack Attack! album), This Means War'' all through Rise Records. The Color Morale is an American metalcore and post-hardcore band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 2007.
