Scott Lucas And The Married Men
Scott Lucas and the Married Men is the solo project/band of Scott Lucas, the guitarist, bassist, and lead vocalist of the alternative rock band Local H. Formation The project started when Lucas started writing and sending songs to an ex-girlfriend in an effort to win her back. Originally the songs were not intended for release, but upon realizing he had an album's worth of material he put together a band to play with. Randy Payne and Tom Szidon were recruited from Lucas' cover band The Cold Space, and Aaron Duggins and Rebecca Manthe came from The Tossers The Tossers are an American six-piece Celtic punk band from Chicago, Illinois, United States, formed in July 1993. The End Records is a record label in Manhattan that specialized in rock, heavy metal, indie, and electronic music. Local H
Local H is an American rock band co-founded in 1990 in Zion, Illinois by guitarist and vocalist Scott Lucas, who has remained the band's sole consistent member. Following the departures of the early line-up's bassist and lead guitarist, Lucas and co-founding drummer Joe Daniels continued as an unorthodox two-piece setup. Local H signed a record contract with Island Records in 1994, where they would go on to release three albums. The band's debut album, '' Ham Fisted'' (1995), was not a success and the band was nearly dropped, but the band remained on the label long enough to release their second album '' As Good as Dead'' (1996). ''Cisco Pike'' is a 1972 American drama film that was written and directed by Bill L. Norton, and released by Columbia Pictures. The film stars Kris Kristofferson as a musician who, having fallen on hard times, turns to the selling of marijuana and is blackmailed by a police officer ( Gene Hackman). The movie, which is Norton's directorial debut and Kristofferson's debut as a leading actor, was filmed in the Los Angeles area in late 1970 and includes several contemporaneous landmarks. The Tossers
The Tossers are an American six-piece Celtic punk band from Chicago, Illinois, United States, formed in July 1993. They have toured with Murphy's Law, Streetlight Manifesto, Catch 22, Dropkick Murphys, The Reverend Horton Heat, Flogging Molly, Street Dogs, Clutch, Sick of it All and Mastodon.
