Scorpió Jr.
Rafael Núñez Juan (October 11, 1966 – November 7, 2024) was a Mexican ''luchador'', or professional wrestler, who was best known under his ring name Scorpio Jr. Núñez was the son of professional wrestler "Scorpio", and was trained by his father and Rafael Salamanca before making his debut on August 30, 1985. Núñez was originally an '' Enmascarado'', masked wrestler, but lost his mask as a result of a loss to the team of Negro Casas and El Hijo del Santo on March 19, 1999, after which his real identity was revealed. Over the years Scorpio Jr. worked for virtually all major Mexican professional wrestling promotions including Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) and International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). The IWRG Intercontinental Tag Team Championship (''Campeonato Intercontinental de Parejas IWRG'' in Spanish language, Spanish) is a professional wrestling tag team championship (professional wrestling), championship promoted by the Mexico, Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) since 2000. As it is a professional wrestling championship, the championship was not won not by actual competition, but by a kayfabe, scripted ending to a match determined by the Booker (professional wrestling), bookers and match makers. Daniel López López (born October 26, 1949) is a Mexican '' luchador'' ( professional wrestler) and trainer, best known under the ring name El Satánico ( Spanish for "The Satanic One"). He was originally an ''enmascarado'' ( masked wrestler), but lost the mask early in his career and has performed unmasked ever since. The majority of his in-ring career was spent in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), where he worked as a '' rudo'' (the antagonists also known as heel in professional wrestling lingo). Lizmark
Juan Baños (December 18, 1950 – December 16, 2015) was a Mexican '' luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler better known by the ring name Lizmark. The name was taken from the German battleship Bismarck. He was a multiple-time champion, having held singles and tag team championships in both Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre / Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (EMLL/CMLL) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). In 2001, Lizmark was inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame. His nickname was ''El Geniecillo Azul'', which is Spanish for "The Little Blue Genius". Jorge Luis Casas Ruiz (born March 22, 1964), better known by his ring name El Felino ("The Feline"), is a Mexican '' luchador'' (or professional wrestler) working for Mexican wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The 2008 Rey del Ring (Spanish for "King of the Ring") was a major ''lucha libre'' event produced and scripted by the Mexican International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) professional wrestling promotion on July 24, 2008. The show was held in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, which is IWRG's primary venue. The show was the seventh overall ''IWRG Rey del Ring'' show held, with the first being held in 2002. The focal point of the show was the eponymous ''Rey del Ring'' tournament, a 30-man elimination match similar in concept to the WWE's Royal Rumble match. The match was won by Scorpio Jr. when he eliminated El Hijo de Cien Caras to win the tournament.
