(John) Leonard Scollay (8 May 1973 – 25 March 2014) was a fiddle player from the Shetland Islands. Musical career Scollay was a founding member of Shetland bands Bongshang and Rock Salt & Nails, was a former Shetland Young Fiddler of the Year and a BBC Young Tradition Award The BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award is an annual competition for young folk musicians in the United Kingdom. It was first awarded in 1988 as the Young Tradition Award, taking its present name in 1998. Recent winners of the award include Maddie Mor ... finalist. He was described by BBC Radio Scotland DJ Tom Morton as "one of the best fiddle players I've ever heard". Joseph Warren (June 11, 1741 – June 17, 1775), a Founding Father of the United States, was an American physician who was one of the most important figures in the Patriot (American Revolution), Patriot movement in Boston, Massachusetts, Boston during the early days of the American Revolution, eventually serving as President of the revolutionary Massachusetts Provincial Congress. Warren enlisted Paul Revere and William Dawes on April 18, 1775, to leave Boston and spread the alarm that the British garrison in Boston was setting out to raid the town of Concord, Massachusetts, Concord and arrest rebel leaders John Hancock and Samuel Adams. Warren had been commissioned a major general in the colony's militia shortly before the June 17, 1775 Battle of Bunker Hill. Tom Scollay (born 28 November 1987) is an Australian former professional cricketer, a right-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler who most recently played for Middlesex. After leaving Middlesex CCC, he started his own coaching company called, "Cricket Mentoring." He is a Level 2 Cricket Australia Coach and is active on YouTube through the Cricket Mentoring channel. He continues to play Grade cricket in Australia for Perth Cricket Club. Scollay was born in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.
