Abel Schrøder
Abel Schrøder, also Abel Schrøder the Younger, (c. 1602–1676) was a Denmark, Danish woodcarver with a workshop in Næstved, then the centre for woodcarving in Zealand, Southern Zealand. He is remembered for his many Auricular style, auricular altarpieces and pulpits depicting scenes from the life of Christ. Schrøder was also the organist for 42 years in St Martin's Church, Næstved. Biography Under the sponsorship of Frederik Reedz, a ''lensmand'' or royal vassal, most of Schrøder's work was for churches in the region of Vordingborg. He created the pulpit in Undløse Church, the parish church for Reedz' manor Tygestrup, now known as Kongsdal, and probably also that in the neighbouring church of Søndersted. A stone epitaph in St Peter's Church, Næstved, provides a brief account of Schrøder's life: "Sculptor and organist in St Martin's Church for 42 years, husband of his dear wife Mette Petersdatter for 47 years with whom he was the father of nine children..." Hans Wilhelm Schrøder
Hans Wilhelm Schrøder (24 June 1810 – 14 April 1888) was a Danish architect. Biography Schrøder was born in Kalundborg, Denmark. He was the son of Carl Gram Schrøder and Anna Marie Margrethe Born Kihl. He attended the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1837 to 1839 before he graduated with a degree in architecture. He was privately tutored by Theophilus Hansen and worked for architects Jørgen Hansen Koch and Frederik Ferdinand Friis. Schrøder established himself in Aarhus as a carpenter and architect in 1844 and went into partnership with a design school. He was the first architect with an academic degree to establish himself in the city and in the following decades he introduced Neoclassical architecture across the city with many buildings carrying his signature: the 3-parted facade with a retracted middle and two side wings with triple windows. Frederik Carl Gram Schrøder
Frederik Carl Gram Schrøder (19 July 1866 – 13 August 1936), usually referred to as F.C.G. Schrøder and also known as Fritz Schrøder was a Danish civil servant, Governor of Danmarks Nationalbank from 1925 and until his death. In 1920 he served briefly as Minister of Justice in the Cabinet of M.P. Friis, a caretaker cabinet mainly consisting of civil servants which under the leadership of Michael Pedersen Friis was in office from 5 April to 5 May triggered by the Easter Crisis of 1920. Helge Muxoll Schrøder
Helge Muxoll Schrøder (27 November 1924 – 2 March 2012) was a Danish rower who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics and in the 1952 Summer Olympics. He was born in Horsens. In 1948, he was a crew member of the Danish boat which won the silver medal in the coxless fours event. Martha Schrøder
Martha Schrøder (11 September 1918 – 27 September 2009) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. She was born in Kristiania as a daughter of Major Jon M. Dugstad (1890–1980) and Ellen Marie Marcussen (1895–1986). She finished commerce school in 1936, had courses in sewing, and stenography and attended the Norwegian State College for Domestic Science Teachers. She also stayed in England for periods. From 1939 to 1941 she was a secretary in Norges Økonomiske Selvhjelpsråd and ''Statens Gassgeneratornemd''. During the Second World War, she stayed abroad.
