Schelto, Baron van Heemstra (6 January 1941) is a Dutch diplomat. He served as ambassador of the Netherlands to Zambia, Argentina, Suriname, Indonesia and Spain. Biography Van Heemstra was born on 6 January 1941 in Arnhem.
