Sazova Park, officially Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park (), is a park in Eskişehir, Turkey. It was established by the metropolitan municipality of Eskişehir in 2008. Location The park is in Tepebaşı secondary municipality, next to New Eskişehir Stadium at . It is quite close to midtown and there are regular bus services. Eskişehir ( , ; from 'old' and 'city') is a city in northwestern Turkey and the capital of the Eskişehir Province. The urban population of the city is 821 315 (Odunpazari + Tebebasi), with a metropolitan population of 921 630. The city is located on the banks of the Porsuk River, 792 m above sea level, where it overlooks the fertile Phrygian Valley. In the nearby hills one can find hot springs. Tepebaşı, Eskişehir
Tepebaşı is a municipality and district of Eskişehir Province, Turkey. Its area is 1,403 km2, and its population is 384,645 (2022), 42% of the provincial population. The Mayor of Tepebaşı is Ahmet Ataç. Geography Tepebaşı District covers the northern part of Greater Eskişehir, and the adjacent countryside. It lies to the north of Porsuk River which flows through the center of Eskişehir. History Up to 1993 Tepebaşı was a part of Eskişehir municipality. New Eskişehir Stadium
The New Eskişehir Stadium () is a stadium in Eskişehir, Turkey. It opened to the public in late 20 November 2016 and has a capacity of 32,500 spectators. It is the home ground of Eskişehirspor. It replaced the club's former home, Eskişehir Atatürk Stadium. Despite the locals many requests and promises made by the AKP government for the stadium to be renamed to New Eskişehir Atatürk Stadium, the stadiums name has still not been changed. Eskişehir Zoo
Eskişehir Zoo () is an animal park in Eskişehir, Turkey. The zoo is in the Sazova Park, the main science, culture and art park of Eskişehir at . It is in Tepebaşı, Eskişehir, Tepebaşı ilçe (district). It was opened in April 2017 by the Metropolitan municipality of Eskişehir after two-year construction. It is sponsored by the Eskişehir-based Eti company. The zoo covers and area of . There are two closed areas, one reserved for the aquarium, so called ''Undersea world'' ()and the other is a house of birds, reptiles, amphibians and arthropoda from the warm regions. Most of the land animals have their yards protected either by fences with low voltage electricity or glass panels. In total there are 243 species 123 of which are in aquarium.
