Ingmar Nordströms was a dansband from Växjö, Sweden that was established in 1955 by Ingmar Nordström. Their first appearance occurred in the Eringsboda folkpark. Their last appearance occurred in Växjö on 19 December 1991. In 1987, the band won a Grammis award in the "Dansband of the Year" category. (; "dance band"), or in Norwegian and Danish, is a Swedish term for a band that plays ("dance band music"). ' is often danced to in pairs. Jitterbug and foxtrot music are often included in this category. The music is primarily inspired by swing, schlager, country, jazz, and rock. The main influence for rock-oriented bands is the rock music of the 1950s and 1960s. The terms ' and ' were coined around 1970, when Swedish popular music developed a signature style. It was released as the second single from their second studio album, ''Waterloo'', after the success of the title track at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest. History "Honey, Honey" was written by Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Stig Anderson, with shared vocals by Agnetha Fältskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Ulvaeus. Along with the English version, ABBA also recorded "Honey, Honey" in Swedish on January 30, 1974, at Metronome Studio, Stockholm. This was the last official recording by the group in their own language, and was released as the B-side of the Swedish "Waterloo" single. Gamla kära tuffa tuff-tuff-tåget is a song written by Bert Månson, and originally recorded by Ingmar Nordströms on 1974 album ''Saxparty 1''. Its lyrics deals with memories from travelling by train in a time when steam locomotives were still around the out at the railroads. In 1975, the song was also recorded by Tre blå & en gul, Cool Candys and Flamingokvintetten on the albums '' Mera blåtiror'', '' Cool candys go'bitar 6'' and '' 6:an''. Cool Candys also released it as a 1975 single with ''Hej då ha de' så bra'' acting as a B-side. In 1976, the song was recorded by Ole dole doff on the albums '' Kavalkad 1'' and in 1978 by Sven-Eric Gissbol on the album '' Bugg shake & kramisar''. Larz-Kristerz recorded the song on the 2004 album '' Stuffparty 2''. As hidden bonus track was even a reggae version of the song.
