Deadly Circus Fire is a four-piece English progressive metal band from London, England. Formed in early 2009, the group's line-up includes guitarist Save Addario, drummer Paul Igoe, vocalist Adam Grant, and bassist Mike Enort. History After completing his music studies in Rome, Save Addario moved to London. Shortly after, he met Paul Igoe who had just moved from Ireland to continue his drumming education. They decided to form a band that would not be traditional and mainstream, yet be accessible and inspiring. So, they began searching for the bassist and lead vocalist of their unnamed collaboration. The search for a bassist lasted almost a year. They struggled to find a bassist that would be both suitable and passionate for the music they played. Progressive metal (sometimes shortened to prog metal) is a broad fusion music genre melding heavy metal and progressive rock, combining the loud "aggression" and amplified guitar-driven sound of the former with the more experimental, cerebral or "pseudo-classical" compositions of the latter. One of these experimental examples introduced to modern metal was djent. Hammerfest (festival)
Hammerfest is a music festival held annually in North Wales. From 2013, Hammerfest has moved to the Haven site in Pwllheli, Hafan y Môr Holiday Park as the festival has outgrown its original site at Pontin's Holiday Village, Prestatyn, Wales. It is not related to a music festival of the same name hosted by white supremacist groups. The festival is owned by emc3i Ltd, sponsored by the music magazine Metal Hammer and run by the organizers of the Hard Rock Hell festival. Because the festival is held at a holiday camp, the organizers can make use of pre-built venues and stages, and attendees can stay in the on-site accommodation. Bloodstock Open Air
Bloodstock Open Air is a British heavy metal festival held annually at Catton Hall in Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire, since 2005. Originally held indoors for one day with two stages, the festival started in 2001 at the Derby Assembly Rooms and has expanded over the years. It became an outdoor event in 2005. Skindred
Skindred are a Welsh reggae metal band formed in Newport in 1998. Their musical style mixes heavy metal, alternative rock and ragga.
