The Saudi Arabia Snooker Masters is a professional snooker ranking tournament held in Green Halls, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Organised by the World Snooker Tour in collaboration with the Saudi Arabian Billiard & Snooker Federation (SABSF), the inaugural event was held for the first time in 2024 with Judd Trump as the winner. The Triple Crown in professional snooker refers to winning the sport's three longest-running and most prestigious tournaments: the World Snooker Championship (first held in 1927 and staged as a knockout tournament continuously since 1969), the invitational Masters (held annually since 1975), and the UK Championship (held annually since 1977). In January 2020, the three tournaments were formally named the ''Triple Crown Series''. Mark Williams (snooker Player)
Mark James Williams (born 21March 1975) is a Welsh professional snooker player who is a three-time World Champion, winning the title in 2000, 2003 and 2018. He has been ranked the world number one player three times (May 2000 May 2002, May 2003 May 2004 and May 2011 September 2011). His most successful season to date was 200203, when he won snooker's Triple Crown—the UK Championship, the Masters and the World Championship—making him only the third player, after Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry, to have won all three events in the same season.
