Sashi Kumar
Sashi Kumar is an Indian journalist. He set up the Asian College of Journalism in Chennai, which was administered by the Media Development Foundation which he had founded. Early life and education Kumar was born at Karupadanna near Kodungallur in Thrissur District of the erstwhile Travancore–Cochin, State of Travancore–Cochin. He studied at Madras Christian College and Madras Loyola College. Career As filmmaker In 2004, he scripted and directed a full length Hindi cinema, feature film in Hindi titled ''Kaya Taran'' (Chrysalis). Shashi Kumar (born 2 December 1965) is an actor and politician from Karnataka. He works predominantly in Kannada films also appeared in Telugu and Tamil films. He acted with many leading ladies in 1990s and he acted as Rajnikanth's brother in Blockbuster movie ''Baashha'' (1995). He is credited with the title 'Supreme Hero' by the Kannada audience. Acting career Shashi Kumar's first released film was ''Chiranjeevi Sudhakara'' starring Raghavendra Rajkumar. In 1989 he became popular with ''Yuddha Kaanda'' starring V.
