Sarah Grunnet Stougaard (born 17 March 1998) is a Danish handball player who currently plays for Skanderborg Håndbold in the Danish Women's Handball League. She also represented Denmark in the 2015 European Women's U-17 Handball Championship in Macedonia, leading to the trophy. Skanderborg Håndbold is a women's handball club based in Skanderborg in Jutland, Denmark. The club was founded in 1982 and was the result of a merger between Stilling-Skanderborg and Vrold-Skanderborg Handball Club. In 2021, Aarhus Håndbold merged with Skanderborg Håndbold's men's team, and they changed the name to Skanderborg Aarhus Håndbold. Holstebro Håndbold
Holstebro Håndbold is a women's handball club in the Bambusa Kvindeligaen from Holstebro, Denmark. Their home matches are played in Gråkjær Arena. History Previously, the women's team was part of TTH Holstebro. TTH decided to split up the men's and women's section in each club, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. HH90 took over the women's section and the men's stayed in TTH Holstebro. The new club name Holstebro Håndbold, was announced on 14 April 2020. Team Handball
Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end. The goals are surrounded by a zone where only the defending goalkeeper is allowed; goals must be scored by throwing the ball from outside the zone or while "diving" into it. The Danish Women's Handball League ( da, Damehåndboldligaen) is the top professional league for Danish women's handball clubs.
