Dame Sarah Elizabeth Healey (née Fitzpatrick; born 1975) is a British Civil Service (United Kingdom), civil servant, appointed as Permanent Secretary (United Kingdom), Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in February 2023. Previously, she was Permanent Secretary at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Dame Susan Jane Owen (born 3 June 1955) is a former British civil servant, economist and former academic. She served as the Permanent Secretary for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from October 2013 until her retirement in March 2019.
