Sara Concha Smith (born 9 September 1995) is a Chilean politician who serves as deputy representing Ñuble Region. She is a anti-abortion activist and has repeatedly marched in demonstrations against abortion and euthanasia, wearing the movement's iconic light blue scarf and supporting conscientious objection for healthcare professionals who refuse to perform abortions. Ñiquén is a commune of the Punilla Province, located in the north of the Ñuble Region of Chile. Geographically, it is delimited by the Perquilauquén River to the north and the Ñiquén River in the south. Chillán Viejo is a city and commune ( Spanish: ''comuna'') in the Diguillín Province of Chile Region of Ñuble According to the 2002 census, the population of the commune was 22,084 and it has an area of . History Originally, Chillán Viejo was the location of a Spanish fort with the name of ''San Ildefonso'', which was established in 1565, during the campaign of Pedro de Villagra against Loble and the Mapuche north of the Biobío River.
