They are widespread in tropical and semitropical locations, in Africa, Madagascar, Asia, Australia, and Latin America, as well as various islands in the Pacific and in the Caribbean. picture info	Sapë Sapë () was a medieval fortress, located near the village of Nënshat, in the municipality of Vau i Dejës (belonging to Shkodër County, in modern Albania). It is attested since the 13th century, situated in the historical region of Zadrima. In 1291, dowager-queen Jelena of Serbia (d. 1314), while governing the region, petitioned Pope Nicholas IV (1288-1292) and secured the creation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sapë, under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bar. 	Roman Catholic Diocese Of Sapë The Diocese of Sapë (, ) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholicism in Albania, Catholic Church in Northern Albania. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolis (religious jurisdiction), metropolitan Archdiocese of Shkodër-Pult. The diocese is named after the town of Sapë (Sappa), which is located near the Drin, southeast of Lake Scutari. 	Limmu-Ennarea The Kingdom of Limmu-Ennarea was one of the kingdoms in the Gibe region of Ethiopia that emerged in the 19th century. It shared its eastern border with the Kingdom of Jimma, its southern border with the Kingdom of Gomma and its western border with the Kingdom of Gumma. Beyond its northern border lay tribes of the Macha Oromo. Jimma was considered the most civilized of the Gibe kingdoms, which had a population in the 1880s between 10,000 and 12,000. It was converted to Islam by missionaries from Emirate of Harar in the first half of the 19th century; C.T. Beke, writing in 1841, reported that its "king and most of his subjects are Mohammedan." Limmu-Ennarea's capital was at Saqqa.
