Santosh Kumar Suman
Dr. Santosh Kumar Suman (born 10 February 1975) is an Indian politician from Bihar. He currently serves as Minister of Information Technology, Disaster Management, and Minor water resources in the Government of Bihar and is a member of the Bihar Legislative Council from Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM). Santosh Kumar Suman was Minister of Minor Irrigation and SC/ST Welfare in the Government of Bihar in the Seventh Nitish Kumar ministry from 16 November 2020 to 9 August 2022. Also, he was Minister of SC/ST Welfare in the Government of Bihar in the Eighth Nitish Kumar ministry from 16 August 2022 to 13 June 2023. He is the son of former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi. Political career In the elections in March 2023, 11 candidates were elected unopposed. Jitan Ram Manjhi
Jitan Ram Manjhi (born 6 October 1944) is an Indian politician, serving as the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises since 2024. He is currently a Member of Parliament from Gaya constituency and was Bihar's 23rd Chief Minister from 20 May 2014 to 20 February 2015. He was the founding President of Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM). Previously, he had served as minister for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes welfare in Nitish Kumar's cabinet. He has been a minister in several Bihar state governments, under multiple chief ministers like Chandrashekhar Singh, Bindeshwari Dubey, Satyendra Narayan Sinha, Jagannath Mishra, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi. The Eighth Nitish Kumar ministry was the Council of Ministers in Bihar Legislative Assembly headed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
