Sango Language
Sango (also spelled Sangho) is a major language spoken in Central Africa, especially the Central African Republic, southern Chad and Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is an official language in the Central African Republic, where it is used as a lingua franca across the country; though there are no statistics to quantify people who speak it as a first language versus a second tongue, almost everyone in CAR, estimated at 5,500,000 in 2025, speaks it (or are infants who will speak it) at some level. Sango is a language with contested classification, with some linguists considering it a Ngbandi-based creole, while others argue that the changes in Sango structures can be explained without a creolization process. It has many French loanwords, but its structure remains wholly Ngbandi. The Sango Fighter games are a series of fighting game for DOS made by the Taiwanese Panda Entertainment. Set in the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history, it is very similar to ''Street Fighter'' and ''Samurai Shodown'', but with historical context. "Sango" is a rough romanization of Three Kingdoms. Kai Asa Savon Wright (born October 1, 1991), known by his stage name Sango, is an American DJ and record producer from Seattle, Washington. Personal life Sango was born October 1, 1991, in Bremerton, Washington. His parents were both musicians. He relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan at age nine. In 2015, he graduated from Western Michigan University with a BFA in graphic design. Shortly after graduating, he relocated to Seattle. His professional name comes from the lead female character in the anime/manga Inuyasha. In 2015, Wright married Angela Lopez-Wright. The Sango people (or Basango, Bosango, Sangho, Sangos) are an ethnic group living on the banks of the Ubangi River in the Central African Republic. Shango
Shango (Yoruba language: Ṣàngó, also known as Changó or Xangô in Latin America; as Jakuta or Badé; and as Ṣangó in Trinidad Orisha) is an Orisha (or spirit) in Yoruba religion. Genealogically speaking, Shango is a royal ancestor of the Yoruba as he was the third Alaafin of the Oyo Kingdom prior to his posthumous deification. Sango, Zimbabwe
Sango, also known as Nyala and Nyangambe, is a village and ward (commune) in Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe on the Mozambique border. The village supports the border post lying at the southern end of the Gonarezhou National Park. The town on the Mozambique side of the border is Chicualacuala. The old official name of the town was Vila Salazar.
