Sanad, Bahrain
Sanad is a town in Bahrain. The town neighbors Isa Town, Riffa and Jurdab. Sanad is mainly a residential area. There is a mangrove forest on the sea shores of Sanad and the area which is environmentally protected attracts large flocks of flamingo birds. Some of the restaurants located in Sanad are Hardee's, McDonald's, Papa Johns, and Yum Yum Tree. The town is divided into four regions: Al Nasfah, New Sanad, Old Sanad, and the Estiqlal Highway, a major highway in Bahrain that connects the towns of Riffa, Askar, and Isa Town. Isa Town
Isa Town ( ar, مدينة عيسى, ''Madīnat ʿĪsā'') is a middle class town located in Bahrain, in the north central part of the country. Etymology The name ''Isa'' refers to Isa ibn Salman Al Khalifah, the ruler of Bahrain from 1961 to 1999. History Isa Town largely comprises affluent newly constructed villas, and is home to many members of Bahrain's educated middle classes. Jurdab (Arabic: جرداب) is a village located in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It neighbors the villages of Jid Ali and Sanad and the 9th area in Isa Town, to the south of the capital Manama. Mangrove forests, also called mangrove swamps, mangrove thickets or mangals, are productive wetlands that occur in coastal intertidal zones. Askar ( ar, عسكر) is a village on the southeastern coast of Bahrain, it is now part of Madinat Khalifa. It is also home to the shrine of Sa'sa'a bin Sohan, a companion of Imam Ali. Inhabitants today include the Al-Buainain Al Buainain (; also spelled Al Bu'ainain, Al Bu'aynin and Al Boainain) is a clan of Bani Tamim tribe, and the clan is divided to three main branches which are ''al-Muhammad'' and ''al-Ali'' and ''Al-Nuwasir''.
