Guanacaste Province
Guanacaste () is a Provinces of Costa Rica, province of Costa Rica located in the northwestern region of the country, along the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Nandayure is a Cantons of Costa Rica, canton in the Guanacaste Province, Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. The head city is in Carmona District, Carmona district. History Nandayure was created on 9 October 1961 by decree 2826. On September 5, 2012, Nandayure was struck by a 2012 Costa Rica earthquake, magnitude 7.6 earthquake, destroying houses in the canton.
