The Samsun-Sivas Regional is an intercity rail service operated by TCDD Transport. Turkish State Railways
The State Railways of the Republic of Turkey (), abbreviated as TCDD, is a government-owned national railway company responsible for the ownership and maintenance of railways in Turkey, as well as the planning and construction of new lines. Sivas Railway Station
Sivas railway station () is the main railway station in Sivas, Turkey. Located just southwest of the city center, the station is serviced by three inter-city trains from Ankara, which continue east to Kars, Tatvan and Kurtalan respectively. The old part of the station serves the Kalın-Samsun railway and there is a regional train to Divriği. The station was opened in 1930 but the building wasn't completed until 1934. The rectangular plan building has a basement, a ground floor and an upper floor. There are two main gates one in the south and one in the north. It is registered as a cultural asset of the city. Samsun Railway Station
Samsun Station is the main at-grade train station belonging to Turkish State Railways, located in the İstasyon neighborhood of the İlkadım district of Samsun. The station was constructed in 1926 and renovated in 2015. It provides both passenger and freight service between Samsun, Sivas and Amasya. History The station, located on the Samsun-Kalin Railways, was built by the State Railways and Ports Administration and entered service in 1926. It is now operated by Turkish State Railways and provides limited regional train service.
