Samantha Roscoe
Samantha Issabelle Roscoe (born 23 October 1995) is an Australian-British professional basketball player for the Caledonia Gladiators of the Women's British Basketball League (WBBL). She is also contracted with the Mandurah Magic of the NBL1 West. She played college basketball in the United States for the North Dakota Fighting Hawks between 2013 and 2017 before splitting her time between Australia and Europe following college. She won an SBL championship with the Lakeside Lightning in 2018 and a championship in Bosnia in 2022. Early life and career Roscoe was born in Perth, Western Australia. While in high school at Newman College, Roscoe was on the cusp of pursuing a modelling career. As a 16-year-old, she was scouted by international modelling agencies. Warwick Senators is an NBL1 West club based in Perth, Western Australia. The club fields a team in both the Men's and Women's NBL1 West. The club is a division of Stirling Basketball Association (SBA), the major administrative basketball organisation in the City of Stirling. The regular season began on Friday 16 March, with round 1 seeing a 2017 grand final rematch between the Perry Lakes Hawks and Mandurah Magic. 2021 NBL1 West Season
The 2021 NBL1 West season was the inaugural season of the NBL1 West. After 32 years known as the State Basketball League (SBL), the league was rebranded under the NBL1 banner for 2021. The regular season began on Friday 16 April and ended on Saturday 14 August. The finals began on Friday 20 August and concluded with the women's grand final on Friday 3 September and the men's grand final on Saturday 4 September. The 2016–17 North Dakota Fighting Hawks women's basketball team represents the University of North Dakota during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. FIBA 3x3 Under-18 World Cup
The FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup is an under-18 basketball tournament run by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) since 2011. The tournament was known as the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championships until the 2016 edition. History The event was held for the first time in Rimini, Italy, in September 2011 and has been held annually since then. The Perth Lynx are an Australian professional basketball team based in Perth, Western Australia. The Lynx compete in the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL) and play their home games at Bendat Basketball Centre.
