Sam Huard
Sam Huard (born June 17, 2002) is an American football quarterback for the USC Trojans. He has previously played for the Washington Huskies, the Cal Poly Mustangs and the Utah Utes. Early life and high school Huard grew up in Bellevue, Washington and attended John F. Kennedy Catholic High School. He was named the ''MaxPreps'' National Freshman of the Year after passing for 3,432 yards and 34 touchdowns. Huard completed 248 of 395 passes for 4,141 yard with 42 touchdowns and 10 interceptions during his sophomore season. He completed 269 of 426 passes for 4,172 yards with 56 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as a junior and was named the Area Offensive Player of the Year by ''The Seattle Times'' and the 4A State Player of the Year by the Associated Press. Michael Tarrence Penix Jr. ( ; born May 8, 2000) is an American professional football quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). After three seasons of college football with the Indiana Hoosiers that were limited by injury, Penix had a breakout year with the Washington Huskies in 2022 when he led the FBS in yards per game and set the school season record for passing yards.
