Sam Eggington
Sam Eggington (born 15 October 1993) is a British professional boxer. He has held the IBO super-welterweight title as well as the British, Commonwealth and European welterweight titles. Professional career Eggington won the vacant Commonwealth welterweight title with seventh-round technical knockout success over Joseph Lamptey from Ghana on 9 May 2015 in Birmingham. He added the British welterweight title when he beat Glenn Foot by unanimous technical decision at Manchester Arena on 18 July 2015, when the ringside doctor called a halt to the contest at the end of the eighth-round due to a cut near Foot's right eye caused by an accidental head clash. Eggington lost both his titles to Bradley Skeete on 5 March 2016, going down by unanimous decision at Resorts World Arena in Birmingham. Mohamed Mimoune
Mohamed Mimoune (born 21 September 1987) is a French professional boxer who held the IBO super-lightweight title in 2018. At regional level, he held the European and European Union welterweight titles between 2016 and 2017. Professional career On 11 April 2015, Mimoune faced undefeated Spanish boxer "Ferino V" Ceferino Rodríguez in Benidorm, Spain. Mimoune won the eight-round bout by unanimous decision. On 16 January 2016, Mimoune defeated Kamal Mohamed to win the France welterweight title in Toulouse. Dennis Hogan (born 1 March 1985) is an Irish professional boxer who is a former IBO super-welterweight World champion. Amateur boxing career Hogan gathered an extensive amateur career of over 150 fights. Dean Court, currently known as Vitality Stadium for sponsorship purposes, is a football stadium in Boscombe, a suburb of Bournemouth, Dorset, England, and is the home ground of AFC Bournemouth. The stadium has a capacity of 11,307. History In 1910, Boscombe were given a piece of land by the town's Cooper-Dean family, after whom the ground was named. The land was the site of an old gravel pit, and the ground was not built in time for the start of the 1910–11 season. Telford () is a town in the Telford and Wrekin borough status in the United Kingdom, borough in Shropshire, England. The wider borough covers the town, its suburbs and surrounding towns and villages. bp pulse LIVE is a multipurpose indoor arena located at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Solihull, England, just outside Birmingham. It has a capacity of 15,685 seats. The venue was built as the seventh hall of the NEC complex. Cannock () is a town in the Cannock Chase district in the county of Staffordshire, England. It had a population of 29,018. Abass Baraou (born 28 October 1994) is a German professional boxer who has held the WBC International light-middleweight title since 2019. As an amateur, he won a bronze medal at the 2017 World Championships and a gold at the 2017 European Championships, both while competing at welterweight. Early life Baraou was born on 28 October 1994 in Aalen, Germany.
