Sam Effah
Sam Effah (born December 29, 1988) is a Canadian sprinter. In July 2010, Effah became, what was then, the fourth fastest Canadian ever after running a 10.06 in the 100 metre. At the 2009 Canada Games Effah won the gold medal in the 200 m. Early life Effah was born in Calgary, Alberta on December 29, 1988, to parents who emigrated from Ghana. Collegiate career Effah attended and competed for the University of Calgary. Winnipeg () is the capital and largest city of the province of Manitoba in Canada. Prince Edward Island
Prince Edward Island (PEI; ) is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada. It is the smallest province in terms of land area and population, but the most densely populated. Charlottetown
Charlottetown is the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island, and the county seat of Queens County. Named after Queen Charlotte, Charlottetown was an unincorporated town until it was incorporated as a city in 1855. Miramar, Florida
Miramar is a city in southern Broward County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 134,721. It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which is home to approximately six million people. History Miramar was founded by A.L. Mailman to serve as a "bedroom community" for nearby Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Mailman bought the original property he was to develop from H.D. Perry, Sr. in 1953. He built 56 homes on the property that were inexpensive homes of concrete and flat roofs. These homes sold quickly because of the low cost of both the homes and the land, and the city of Miramar came into being.
