Salvatore Frega
Salvatore Frega (born 1989) is an Italian composer of contemporary cultured music and experimental music, Director of the Versilia Music Academy and of TG Music and Professor at the Conservatory of Cosenza. Career Salvatore Frega was born of Arbëreshë parents of Firmo and, thanks to the intuition of his parents, he approaches piano at the tender age of four. In 2012, he graduated in Piano at the San Giacomantonio Conservatory of Cosenza with Grazia Amato. Student of Andrea Portera at the Music School of Fiesole and of Ivan Fedele at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia of Rome, he graduated in Composition in 2019 and again in 2019 in the High Specialization. The ''Festival Puccini'' (Puccini Festival) is an annual summer opera festival held in July and August to present the operas of the famous Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. The Festival is located in Torre del Lago, Italy, a town located between Lago di Massaciuccoli and the Tyrrhenian Sea, from the beaches of Viareggio on the Tuscan Riviera and from Pisa and Lucca, Puccini's birthplace. Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali
The Orchestra i Pomeriggi Musicali (literally, the Musical Afternoon Orchestra) is an Italian orchestra resident in Milan, at the Teatro Dal Verme. It was founded in the period immediately after the Second World War by the theatre promoter Remigio Paone and the music critic Fredinando Ballo, and its debut performance was on 27 November at the Teatro Nuovo di Milano. In its early days it made a substantial contribution to popularising works by 20th century composers who had been banned under the Italian fascist regime, including Stravinsky, Hindemith, Webern, Berg, Poulenc, Honegger and Copland.
