Sallehuddin Damit
Pengiran Sallehuddin bin Pengiran Haji Damit (born 5 November 1973) is a Bruneian retired footballer who is a coach for Kasuka FC. One of the legends of Bruneian football, he most notably played for the Brunei M-League representative team that won the 1999 Malaysia Cup, which is regarded as Brunei football's greatest achievement. He also played professionally for Brunei DPMM FC for several seasons. Prior to his marriage in 2001, his given name was Awangku Sallehuddin due to naming rules for descendants of Bruneian royalty. Club career Early career Sallehuddin began his sporting career playing tennis under a government scheme, representing Brunei at the Davis Cup in 1994 and 1995. The Brunei FA Cup is Brunei's premier knockout tournament in men's football. The current format is administered by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) since 2012. The championship winner will receive B$10,000 and first runner up will get B$7,000 ($5,000 USD) as prize money. DST Group Brunei Premier League ( ms, DST GROUP LIGA PERDANA BRUNEI) was the top-tier football league of Brunei until 2012, when it became the second tier of the football pyramid of Brunei with the creation of the Brunei Super League by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam. Rosli bin Haji Liman (born 12 May 1969) is a retired Brunei international footballer who played for the Brunei M-League representative team as a midfielder. Club career Having appeared for the Wasps since 1988, Rosli was one of the mainstays of the Brunei M-League team in the nineties along with the two keepers Yunos and Ibrahim Abu Bakar, centre-back Liew Chuan Fue and Rosanan Samak. He was the engine of the team and his late runs from midfield contributed goals to a modestly-performing Brunei side that was often faced with adversity. Abang Nor Sillmy bin Abang Haji Taha (born 11 August 1978) is a Bruneian footballer who plays for Ar Rawda FC of the Brunei-Muara District League. He was a member of the Brunei national representative team for the Malaysian league that won the 1999 Malaysia Cup. He is a versatile player who has played at various positions throughout his career. Michael Jones (24 March 1947 – 9 August 2022) was an English professional footballer and coach. Playing career Jones started his career as a central defender for Derby County, then managed by Brian Clough, and moved on to Notts County in 1969. Having played a key part in County's promotions in 1971 and 1973 he then moved on to Peterborough United later that year and helped the club to the Division Four championship in his first season, before leaving the country. Dave Booth
David Booth (born 2 October 1948) is an English football manager and former player. Early years Booth was brought up in Darton near Barnsley and attended Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Wakefield where he played rugby and cricket. Football was not played at his school. Dave joined Barnsley and made his first team debut at 19 years of age at left back where he played most of his career. He was later signed by Laurie McMenemy, later of Southampton and the England coaching staff, who was then manager of Grimsby Town. Managerial career David Booth became manager of Grimsby Town in January 1982 with the club at the bottom of the Second Division, following the dismissal of George Kerr.
