King Of Toro
Omukama wa Tooro (translates to the King of Tooro) is the official title given to the king of Tooro Kingdom, Tooro in Uganda. The kingdom was founded in 1830 by Rukirabasaija Omukama Kaboyo Olimi l Amooti who was the son of Rukirabasaija Kyebambe lll Nyamutukura Amooti, the king of Bunyoro. In the 1950s, the Uganda National Congress supported the Omukama as he resisted the Central Government's efforts to "rule" Tooro as a district. Tooro existed as an independent kingdom until 1967 when President Apollo Milton Obote banned all kingdoms in Uganda. The kingdoms were reinstated as cultural institutions in 1993. Today, the Omukama of Tooro and the other kings play a vital role in Ugandan politics as cultural leaders and agents of peace and stability in their respective kingdoms. Moustapha Bayal Sall (born 30 November 1985) is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Jordanian club Al Faisaly SC. At international level, he has represented Senegal, earning 29 caps and scoring one goal. Playing career In March 2007 Bayal Sall signed a contract with IK Start. But three months later, having never played a game for the club, he signed for AS Saint-Étienne. Start brought the matter to FIFA and on 3 December 2007 Sall was handed a four-month ban due to start in July 2008 and Saint-Étienne were ordered to pay $150,000 in compensation to the Norwegian club. Khalifa Sall
Khalifa Ababacar Sall (born 1 January 1956) is a Senegalese politician. He is a former government minister and a former mayor of Dakar. Sall became involved in political activism at the age of 11. He was a long-time member of the Socialist Party of Senegal. He was elected municipal councilor, and later a member of the National Assembly (Senegal), National Assembly. During Abdou Diouf's presidency, he served as a minister. Sall was elected mayor of Dakar in 2009, then was re-elected, serving until 2018. He was expelled from the Socialist Party of Senegal in 2017. In March 2017, he was arrested due to being suspected of embezzling 1.8 billion CFA francs ($3 million).
