Salaak is a fictional comic book superhero, an extraterrestrial from the planet Slyggia, and a member of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps, who appears in DC Comics. Physically, he has pinkish orange skin and four arms. Publication history Salaak first appears in ''Green Lantern'' #149 and was created by Marv Wolfman and Joe Staton. Ethan Daniel Van Sciver (No date on article; date appears in the website') (; born September 3, 1974) is an American comics artist. He illustrated and drew covers for a number of superhero titles in the 2000s, primarily for DC Comics, including ''Green Lantern (comic book), Green Lantern'' and ''The Flash: Rebirth'', and ''New X-Men (2001 series), New X-Men'' for Marvel Comics. ''Least I Could Do'' (''LICD'') is a humor webcomic by Ryan Sohmer and Lar deSouza (also the creators of the fantasy webcomic ''Looking for Group''). The strip debuted on February 10, 2003. Past artists for the strip include J Horsley III from y2cl, who dropped out before the strip launched, Trevor Adams, who was on board for about six months, then Chad W. M. Porter, who drew the strip for two years. ''Least I Could Do'' is produced by Blind Ferret Entertainment, which owns the rights to the strip. The primary theme of the strip is sexuality, especially the promiscuity of the primary character, Rayne Summers, who is loosely based upon Sohmer himself. The strip updates every day. ''Planetary'' is an American comic book series created by writer Warren Ellis and artist John Cassaday, and published by the Wildstorm imprint of DC Comics. After an initial preview issue in September 1998, the series ran for 27 issues from April 1999 to October 2009. Publication history ''Planetary'' was previewed in issue #33 of '' Gen13'' and issue #6 of ''C-23'', both dated September 1998. The first issue of the series was cover-dated April 1999.
