''Sakshyam'' (സാക്ഷ്യം, English: ''Witness'') is a 1995 Malayalam-language film directed by Mohan and written by Cherian Kalpakavadi. Produced by K. R. Balakrishnan and Rajan Manakkalathu, the film stars Murali, Suresh Gopi, Gautami, and Manju Warrier, while Innocent and Nedumudi Venu play supporting roles. The film marks Warrier's debut. The music was composed by Johnson, and the film released on 21 December 1995. Plot Brigadier Raj Nambiar is an Indian Army officer and his neighbor Dr. Sunny an army doctor. Manju Warrier (; born 10 September 1978/1979) is an Indian actress, who works predominantly in Malayalam cinema. She is the recipient of a National Film Award, a Kerala State Film Award and seven Filmfare Awards South. Warrier made her acting debut with '' Sakshyam'' (1995). Muraleedharan Pillai, popularly known as Murali (25 May 1954 – 6 August 2009) was an Indian film, stage and television actor and author. He mainly appeared in Malayalam films and a few Tamil films. He won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Appa Mestry, a communist freedom fighter and professional weaver in the 2002 film '' Neythukaran''.
