Saken Seifullin (village)
Saken Seifullin (, ''Säken (Säduaqas) Seifullin''; 15 October 1894 – 25 April 1938) was a pioneer of modern Kazakh literature, poet, writer, and a national activist. He was the founder and the first head of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan. Additionally, he notably contributed in creating controversial literature instigating for independence of Kazakh people from Soviet and Russian oppression. Petropavl
Petropavl ( ; ) is a city on the Ishim River in northern Kazakhstan close to the border with Russia. It is the capital of the North Kazakhstan Region. Population: 218,956. Petropavl is about from Kökşetau, northwest of the national capital Astana along the A1, from Omsk. Physical-geographical characteristics Geographical location Petropavl is located in the southwestern part of the West Siberian Plain, on the right bank of the Ishim River, the longest tributary of the Irtysh River. Not far from Petropavl, there are many lakes and ponds, for example: Lake Bolshoe Beloe, Lake Pestroye, Lake Kishtibish, Lake Maloe Beloe and Bitter Lake. Also, within the city can be found small forests, mostly consisting of birches and pine plantations. As such it is a concept of human rights law, international law as well as constitutional law, particularly used for claims of popular sovereignty.
