Saim Ayub
Saim Ayub (born 24 May 2002) is a Pakistani cricketer who plays for Pakistan national cricket team and for Karachi Whites in domestic cricket. He made his international debut in T20 against Afghanistan on 24 March 2023 and made his test debut vs Australia in the 3rd test on 3 January. He has been a regular member in T20 since his debut Early life His father Ayub Ahmed and his uncle Mohammad Javed both played cricket at club level, Saim being initiated into the game at a young age with tape ball cricket from Gulistan-e-Johar, helped by his father as well by two elder brothers. Gulistan-e-Johar or Gulistan-e-Jauhar ( ur, ) is a neighborhood in the Karachi East district of Karachi, Pakistan. Pakistani Cricket Team Against Afghanistan In The UAE In 2022–23
The Pakistan cricket team toured the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in March 2023 to play three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches against the Afghanistan cricket team. This was the first bilateral series in any format of international cricket between the two teams. In November 2022, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) signed a five-year agreement with the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) to play their home matches in the UAE. On 7 March 2023, the ACB confirmed the dates for the tour, with the matches scheduled to be played on 25, 27 and 29 March 2023. New Zealand Cricket Team In Pakistan In 2022–23 (December 2022)
The New Zealand cricket team toured Pakistan in December 2022 and January 2023 to play two Test matches and three One Day International (ODI) matches. The Test matches formed part of the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship, and the ODI matches formed part of the inaugural 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. In April 2022, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that the series would be taking place. Following the tour, New Zealand are scheduled to return to Pakistan in April 2023, to play five ODIs and five Twenty20 International (T20I) matches, to make up for the series that was postponed in September 2021. Haseebullah Khan (Urdu: ) (born 4 April 2004) is a Pakistani cricketer who plays for Balochistan. Ihsanullah (born 11 October 2002) is a Pakistani cricketer who plays as a right-arm fast bowler. Nicknamed the ''Matta Express'', he is one of the fastest bowlers in the current Pakistan cricket team. 2023 Pakistan Super League (also known as PSL 8 or, for sponsorship reasons, HBL PSL 2023) is the on-going eighth season of the Pakistan Super League, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league which was established by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 2015. Then PCB chairman Ramiz Raja had hinted at an auction based system to replace the draft for the 2023 season but a draft was retained. The draft for the tournament was held on 15 December in Karachi. The Quaid-e-Azam Trophy is a domestic first-class cricket competition in Pakistan. With few exceptions, it has been staged annually since it was first played during the 1953–54 season. Domestic cricket in Pakistan has undergone many reorganisations, with the number of teams and matches in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy changing regularly. 2021–22 Pakistan Cup
The 2021–22 Pakistan Cup was a List A cricket competition that took place in Pakistan in March and April 2022. In February 2022, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed the fixtures for the tournament. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were the defending champions. Following the conclusion of the group stage, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Sindh and Central Punjab all finished in the top four places to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament. In the first semi-final match, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa beat Central Punjab by six wickets to progress to the final.
