Saigon Times Square
Times Square is a high-rise building in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This tower is a 40-storey joint tower and features a modern architectural style. Construction costs, invested by Times Square (Vietnam) Investment Joint Stock Company, totals approximately US$125 million. The height to the top of the tower is 164 m (538 ft). The tower was once the third tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City after Saigon One Tower and Bitexco Financial Tower. Currently, Saigon Times Square ranks sixth in height in the city and 23rd nationally. Times Square hosts The Reverie Saigon, a 286-room Leading Hotels of the World-affiliated luxury hotel, along with 89 service apartments and 11,900 sq meters of office space. Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard
Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard (Vietnamese language, Vietnamese: ''Đường Nguyễn Huệ'') is a boulevard in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, District 1, downtown Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Being one of Saigon's oldest thoroughfares, the boulevard had undergone several transformations; it is currently a famous pedestrian street in the city. The boulevard stretches from Lê Thánh Tôn Street, right across from Ho Chi Minh City Hall, to Tôn Đức Thắng Boulevard (Bạch Đằng Quay, Saigon River waterfront). IFC One Saigon, formerly named Saigon M&C Tower, Saigon One Tower, is an under construction high-rise building located at 34A Tôn Đức Thắng Boulevard, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The tower was invested by Saigon M&C and Dong A Bank, totals approximately $228 million USD. The building was designed to be a 41-storey tower with three functions. The tower covers of land, right on the bank of the Saigon River. The tower's construction started in 2007 and was expected to be completed in 2012. Saigon M&C would have become one of the highest priced real estate developments in Vietnam and was expected to be the second tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City after Bitexco Financial Tower. Bitexco Financial Tower ( vi, Tháp Tài chính Bitexco) is a skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At its completion in 2010, it became the tallest building in Vietnam and kept this status until January 2011, when it was surpassed by Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. With 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building has a height of , making it the second tallest building in the city, fourth tallest in Vietnam, and the 412th tallest in the world, as of May 2022.
