Saigon Technology University
Saigon Technology University ( vi, Đại học Công nghệ Sài Gòn) is a university in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was established from the Ho Chi Minh City Technology College, founded on 24 September 1997 by Decision number 198/QĐ-TTg signed by the prime minister of Vietnam. In March 2005, the prime minister signed Decision 52/2005/QĐ-TTg to rename and recognized the upgrading of this college; the name of the university was officially changed. The university provides undergraduate and graduate education and have cooperative education agreements with Troy University from the United States. Blue
Blue is one of the three primary colours in the RYB colour model (traditional colour theory), as well as in the RGB (additive) colour model. It lies between violet and cyan on the spectrum of visible light. The eye perceives blue when observing light with a dominant wavelength between approximately 450 and 495 nanometres.
