Safar Mammad oghlu Mehdiyev (, born 17 March 1973) is an Azerbaijani politician and military leader. He served as the Chairman of the State Customs Committee (Azerbaijan), State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2018 to 2022, Colonel-General of the Customs Service. Biography Safar Mehdiyev was born on 17 March 1973, in Nehrəm, Nehram. After graduating from high school, he served in the army.
