Sabin Nsanzimana is a Rwandan epidemiologist, currently serving as the Minister of Health in the Government of Rwanda. He is a former Director General of Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC). Paul Kagame
Paul Kagame (; born 23 October 1957) is a Rwandan politician and former military officer who is the 4th and current president of Rwanda since 2000. Daniel Ngamije
Daniel Ngamije is a Rwandan politician and physician who served as Rwandan Minister of Health between 2020 and 2022. He was appointed in February 2020 by President Paul Kagame and his term ended in November 2022.
