Sabahudin "Saša" Vugdalić (born 16 January 1953) is a Bosnian sports journalist and former football goalkeeper who played for clubs in the former Yugoslavia and Turkey. Club career Born in Srebrenica, Vugdalić started playing professional football for local side FK Famos Hrasnica. He would play in the Yugoslav Second League for FK Bor and NK Rudar Velenje, before joining Yugoslav First League side NK Olimpija Ljubljana In 1981, Vugdalić moved to Turkey, joining Süper Lig side Gaziantepspor. He made 20 league appearances in one season with the club. Srebrenica
Srebrenica ( sr-cyrl, Сребреница, ) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a small mountain town, with its main industry being salt mining and a nearby spa. During the Bosnian War in 1995, Srebrenica was the site of genocidal killing of more than 8,000 Bosniak men and boys, which was subsequently designated as an act of genocide by the ICTY and the International Court of Justice. Perpetrated by units of the Bosnian Serb Army of Republika Srpska under Ratko Mladić, though the Serb paramilitary unit Scorpions also participated. As of 2013, the town has a population of 2,607 inhabitants, while the municipality has 13,409 inhabitants. Before the war, the municipality's Bosniak population was 27,542 (75.12%) and the Serb population was 8,315 (22.68%). Muamer Vugdalić (born 25 August 1977) is a Slovenian football manager and former player. Club career Born to Sabahudin Vugdalić, Muamer's early years of his career were associated with Olimpija. He made his first team debut in May 1995 against Jadran Dekani. In 1998, he moved to Maribor, with whom he played in the UEFA Champions League group stages in the 1999–2000 season. In 2001, he signed a contract with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk. After only two league appearances for Shakhtar, he returned to Maribor in December 2001.
