Sabah Football Club Sdn Bhd (Sabah FC Sdn Bhd) is a Sabahan limited liability sports and club holding company based in Sabah, Malaysia with a Company Registration Number ''1383683U''. (''Sdn Bhd'' stands for ''Sendirian Berhad'' or private company in English). Formerly known as the North Borneo Football Association and then the Sabah Football Association (SAFA), the ''Sabah Football Club Sendirian Berhad (Sdn Bhd)'' became a private company in 2021. Today, the company has control over a football club that has two teams namely Sabah F.C. and Sabah Youth FC (U18/U23), a stadium and also websites. Juil Nuatim (born 7 November 1959) is a Malaysian politician who has served as a Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Limbahau since September 2020. He is a member of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and was a member of the Social Democratic Harmony Party (KDM) and the Heritage Party (WARISAN). He served as the 1st and founding Deputy President of KDM for the non-Muslim bumiputera quota from the party foundation in January 2022 to his resignation from the party in May 2023.
