SM UB-57
SM ''UB-57'' was a German Type UB III submarine or U-boat in the German Imperial Navy () during World War I. She was commissioned into the Flanders Flotilla of the German Imperial Navy on 30 July 1917 as SM ''UB-57''. She operated as part of the Flanders Flotilla based in Zeebrugge. ''UB-57'' was thought to have sunk with all hands at 23:00 on 14 August 1918 at after striking a mine, but on April 14th 2025, an already marked wreck at a depth of 17 meters, just west of the Westhinder shoal, close to the border with France was formally identified as the UB-57.
