Sudirman Central Business District (Indonesian: ), abbreviated and locally known as SCBD, is a business district with an integrated mixed-use development concept, located in Sudirman Avenue, South Jakarta, Indonesia, with many skyscrapers consisting of condominiums, office buildings, hotels, shopping and entertainment centers. The area is considered to be the epicentrum of business in the country, with office spaces inhabited by multinational companies. SCBD is located within the Golden Triangle of Jakarta and is the best integrated mixed-use development complex in Indonesia. Office spaces in the district is considered the most luxurious and expensive in Indonesia. Workers in the area are considered to be high-class and elite, since most of the workers wear branded outfits and luxury accessories, which led to a phenomenon known as "SCBD Lifestyle". Sequis Centre Tower
Sequis Tower is a tall skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a LEED Platinum building. The design of the tower is inspired from the Banyan tree with a bundle of four towers, with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. To reduce the amount of energy, Sequis Tower has adopted the design of shading fins that can compensate for solar radiation on the building facade. Sequis Tower's open plaza has pedestrian access to Pacific Place, The Alila Hotel, Jakarta Stock Exchange, Bapindo Towers, Sequis Center, The Energy Tower, Graha CIMB Niaga and MRT Jakarta's Istora station. PCPD Tower
Pacific Century Place Jakarta, also known as PCP Tower is a skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tower has 40 floors above the ground and 6 floors as basement. It is 211 meters high. The basement of the building is used as podium and for car parking. The podium has retail space, bank and club. The skyscraper was completed in 2017. It is the new home for head office of Citibank Indonesia. The building's elevators were supplied by Berca Schindler. On 15 February 2023, a flexible workplace facility was launched at the tower by PCP management, in collaboration with The Executive Centre (TEC), a Hong Kong based company.
