Sudirman Central Business District or SCBD is a business district with an integrated mixed use development concept, located in South Jakarta, Indonesia, consisting of condominiums, office buildings, hotels, shopping and entertainment centers. The total area of SCBD is about 45 hectares, which is again divided into 25 lots. About 13 hectares of the district are used to develop road network and landscaping. SCBD is located within the Golden Triangle of Jakarta. There are seven entry and exit points from SCBD to different avenues of Jakarta. The Golden Triangle of Jakarta ( id, Segitiga Emas Jakarta) or can also be referred to as Medan Merdeka–Thamrin–Sudirman Axis () or Sudirman–Thamrin–Kuningan Axis (is), is a roughly triangular area in the center of Jakarta, Indonesia, extending from Central Jakarta to South Jakarta. Jakarta Signature Tower
Signature Tower was a proposed skyscraper in Jakarta, Indonesia. The proposed height is . The tower was proposed in 2010, with developers hoping to begin construction in 2015. Planning permission for the tower was granted in late 2015. Construction was scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2016, assuming a loan of approximately $1.5 billion could be secured. China State Construction Engineering has been appointed to construct the tower. District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest building of this complex is Treasury Tower. Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. PCPD Tower
FWD Tower, also known as PCPD (Pacific Century Place Jakarta) is a skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District in South Jakarta, Indonesia. Named after anchor tenant FWD Group, the tower has 40 floors above the ground and 6 floors as basement. It is 211 meters high. The basement of the building is used as podium and for car parking.
