Rúper
Roberto López Esquiroz (born 4 June 1987), commonly known as Rúper, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for CD Izarra as a defensive midfielder. Club career Rúper was born in Estella-Lizarra, Navarre. A product of CA Osasuna's youth ranks, he made his first-team debut on 26 April 2009, playing the last two minutes of a 0–0 away draw against Real Valladolid. During his first full season, as they easily avoided La Liga relegation, he provided rest for longtime incumbent holding midfielder Francisco Puñal (12 years his senior). Rúper spent 2011–12 on loan to Elche CF of Segunda División, appearing in less than half of the games during the campaign – 12 starts, 1,190 minutes of action. He was released by Osasuna in the summer of 2013 after a loan to CD Mirandés in the same league, and continued competing at that level with CE Sabadell FC, Real Jaén and Mirandés again. CD Izarra
Club Deportivo Izarra is a Spanish football team based in Estella-Lizarra, in the autonomous community of Navarre. Founded in 1924 it plays in Segunda División RFEF – Group 2, holding home matches at '' Estadio Merkatondoa'', with a capacity of 3,500 seats. Estella-Lizarra
Estella (Spanish) or Lizarra (Basque) is a town located in the autonomous community of Navarre, in northern Spain. It lies south west of Pamplona, close to the border with La Rioja and Álava. The town was founded in 1090 when the place, lying by the fortified settlement of Lizarra, was granted a charter by the Pamplonese king Sancho Ramirez. The 2010–11 La Liga season (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 80th since its establishment. The campaign began on 28 August 2010 and ended on 21 May 2011. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already contested in the 2009–10 season and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
