Rógvi Baldvinsson
Rógvi Baldvinsson (born 6 December 1989) is a Faroese international footballer who plays as a defender for Bryne. Baldvinsson had a brief spell with Bristol Rovers in 2012. Club career He made his debut for the first team as 16-year-old in September 2006 for Norwegian side Ålgård FK. Baldvinsson began his senior career as a striker, but was switched to playing in central defence during his second season with the team. In the 2009/10 season, he was chosen as the new captain of the team. In July 2012 he signed for League Two side Bristol Rovers after being recommended to manager Mark McGhee by former Faroe Islands boss Brian Kerr. His time in Bristol was to last just over two weeks as Baldvinsson announced on his Twitter page that he was to return to Norway for personal reasons, where he rejoined Ålgård FK. Tórshavn
Tórshavn (; lit. "Thor's harbour"), usually locally referred to as simply ''Havn'', is the capital and largest city of the Faroe Islands. The 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group C was a UEFA qualifying group for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The group comprised Germany, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Faroe Islands and Kazakhstan. The group winners, Germany, qualified directly for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Sweden placed among the eight best runners-up and advanced to the play-offs, where they were drawn to play home-and-away matches against Portugal. However, they lost both matches and thus failed to qualify for the World Cup. Germany went on to win the tournament, defeating Argentina in the final. Estádio Do Bessa
The Estádio do Bessa (now ''Estádio do Bessa Sec. XXI'') is a football stadium located in the Boavista area of Porto, Portugal, used by Boavista F.C. Like other stadiums used in Euro 2004, the Bessa is a new ground but built on top of the old stands, with each new stand being constructed at different times, which allowed Boavista F.C. to continue playing there during the project. The former Campo do Bessa existed on the same place as the new stadium since 1911. It cost €45,164,726 to build, from which €7,785,735 was supported from the Portuguese state, and has an all-seater capacity of 28,263. Ta' Qali
Ta' Qali is a wide open space in the limits of Attard and Mosta in central and northern Malta respectively, which contains the national football stadium, the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre, Ta' Qali National Park, a crafts village, and a national vegetable market which is locally known as the ''Pitkalija''. Shortly before World War II, the area was used to build a military aerodrome and a station for the Royal Air Force (RAF), which the British called RAF Ta Kali; Maltese place names were often corrupted in this fashion.
