Hans Christian Rylander
Hans Christian Rylander (4 April 1939 – 23 December 2021) was a Danish painter, educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1965 to 1969. He used an expressive and surreal style, in the 70's and 80's with a critical edge towards society. Rylander exhibited his works at the Randers Museum of Art, at Storstrøms Kunstmuseum, and at Vejle Museum of Art. A major commission was the decoration in Christian IV's Supply Depot at Slotsholmen in Copenhagen. Carole Stewart Keeton (September 13, 1939 – March 26, 2025), formerly known as Carole Keeton McClellan, Carole Keeton Rylander and Carole Keeton Strayhorn, was an American politician who served as Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, Texas's Comptroller of Public Accounts from 1999 to 2007. Elected to the comptroller's post in 1998 as a Republican Party (United States), Republican, Keeton ran as an independent candidate for Texas gubernatorial election, 2006, Texas governor against Republican incumbent Rick Perry in 2006. She lost the November 2006 Texas gubernatorial election, general election to Perry and placed third in a six-way race, with 18 percent. Amanda Fredrika Rylander (14 October 1832, Jäder, Södermanland – 15 October 1920, Kvillinge, Östergötland) was a Swedish stage actress. She was a noted actress in Sweden in the late 19th-century. She was born to the inspector Johan Rylander and the sister of the actresses Ottilia Littmarck and Clara Björlin. She was active at the Anders Selinder theater company in 1857–59, the Pierre Deland theater in 1859–62, before she was employed at the Swedish Theatre in Helsinki in Finland in 1863.
