Rusty Mitchell (racing Driver)
Rusty Mitchell (born November 29, 1982) is an American racing driver from Midland, Texas. In 2007 and 2008 Mitchel drove in Formula SCCA competition, winning the June Sprints and Southwest Division title in 2007 and finishing second in the Southwest division in 2008. In 2008 he also made his Star Mazda Series debut driving for his own team in nine races and finishing 17th in the championship. In 2009 he drove full-time in Star Mazda and finished 12th in points. In 2010 he returned to Star Mazda, merging his team with Juncos Racing in the middle of the season, he again finished 9th in the championship. In 2011 he has signed with Intersport Racing to drive in the American Le Mans Series' LMPC class and signed with Team E to make his Firestone Indy Lights debut at the Long Beach Grand Prix. Midland is a city in the U.S. state of Texas and the county seat of Midland County with small portions extending into Martin County. The population was 132,524 as of the 2020 census. Road America
Road America is a motorsport Road racing, road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin on Wisconsin Highway 67. It has hosted races since the 1950s and currently hosts races in the IndyCar Series, IMSA SportsCar Championship, Sports Car Club of America GT World Challenge America and Trans-Am Series and the MotoAmerica Superbike Championship. 2010 Star Mazda Championship Season
The 2010 Star Mazda Championship was the twelfth season of the Star Mazda Championship, an open wheel auto racing series that competes using spec chassis and engines. It was the third season under the sanctioning of the International Motor Sports Association and the first under the Indy Racing League's new Road to Indy ladder. Conor Daly became series champion after finishing in the top four positions in each of the twelve races prior to clinching the title at Mosport International Raceway. At the same meeting, Carlos Conde sealed the Masters title for drivers over 45 years of age, while J. W. Roberts secured the Expert title for drivers between 30 and 44 at Trois-Rivières. Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly Mosport Park and Mosport International Raceway) is a multi-Race track, track motorsport venue located north of Bowmanville in Clarington, Ontario, Canada, approximately 75 kilometers (47 miles) east of Toronto. Circuit Trois-Rivières
The Circuit Trois-Rivières is a street circuit in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada. The circuit has been the home of the annual Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières, the longest-running street race in North America, since 1967. The circuit is located on the Terrain de l'Exposition (fairgrounds) and is unusual in that it passes through ''Porte Duplessis'', the narrow concrete gateway of the grounds at turn 3. Throughout its history the circuit has hosted numerous major North American racing series including the American Le Mans Series, the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, the Trans-Am Series, Can-Am, Indy Lights and Formula Atlantic.
