Russell Robinson
Russell Robinson Jr. (born January 24, 1986) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Levski Lukoil of the NBL. He played college basketball for the University of Kansas where he won an NCAA championship in 2008. He has previously played in Spain, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Lebanon. Early years Robinson was born to Thearesa Watson and Russell Robinson Sr. in the Bronx, New York. Robinson attended Rice High School in New York City, where he was coached by Maurice Hicks. As a junior, he led his team with 18 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals per game. His senior year, he averaged 22 points and eight rebounds. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the Basketball positions, five positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position and is usually the shortest player on the court. Point guards are expected to control the pace of the game. They effectively "run" the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Generally, point guards are expected to be proficient in passing the ball and being able to get Assist (basketball), assists to teammates. KK Rabotnički () is a basketball club based in Skopje, North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian Premier League (basketball), Macedonian First League and ABA League Second Division. The ''Parade'' All-America Boys Basketball Team was an annual selection by ''Parade'' that nationally honored the top high school boys' basketball players in the United States. It was part of the ''Parade'' All-American series that originated with boys basketball before branching to other sports. Started by the Sunday magazine in 1957, it had been the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country at the time of its final selections in 2015. The 2004 McDonald's All-American Boys Game was an all-star basketball game played on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the future home of the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder (then the Seattle SuperSonics). The game's rosters featured the best and most highly recruited high school boys graduating in 2004. The game was the 27th annual version of the McDonald's All-American Game first played in 1978. McDonald's All-American Game
The McDonald's All-American Game is an American all-star basketball game played each year for boys' and girls' high school basketball graduates. Consisting of the top players, each team plays a single exhibition game after the conclusion of the high-school basketball season, in an East vs. West format. As part of the annual event, boys and girls compete in a slam dunk contest and a three-point shooting competition, and compete alongside All-American Game alumni in a timed team shootout. The last of these competitions replaced separate overall timed skills competitions for boys and girls. While it is rare for girls to compete in the slam dunk contest, occasionally a girl will elect to participate. The 2017–18 Macedonian First League was the 26th season of the Macedonian First League (basketball), Macedonian First League, with 12 teams participating in it. The season started in November 2017 and ended May 2018.
