Russell Crotty (born 1956, San Rafael) is a Southern California based artist whose work has been shown internationally and across the United States. His work incorporates astronomical, landscape, and surfing themes. San Rafael ( ; Spanish language, Spanish for "Raphael (archangel), St. Raphael", ) is a city in and the county seat of Marin County, California, United States.
