Ruslan İdiqov (; born 29 March 1966) is an Azerbaijani professional football coach and a former player of Chechen descent. He also holds Russian citizenship. Grozny (, ; ) is the capital city of Chechnya, Russia. The city lies on the Sunzha River. The Soviet Second League (, Soviet football championship (Second League)) was the third highest division of Soviet Union, Soviet football (soccer), football, below the Soviet First League.
