Rush Canada Soccer Academy is a Canadian soccer club based in Oakville, Ontario, that competes in the men's and women's divisions of League1 Ontario. The men play in the third tier League2 Ontario, while the women play in the second tier League1 Ontario Championship. History Rush Canada was founded in 2014, as a division of Rush Soccer (which was founded in 1997 with the Colorado Rush). Rush Soccer is the largest soccer organization in the world. In 2021, they began participating in the League1 Ontario U19 and U21 reserve divisions. In 2023, they won the U19 men's summer reserve division title and the U19 women's fall reserve division title. In September 2023, it was announced that they would join League2 Ontario, the third tier of League1 Ontario, as an official license holder. Rush Soccer
Rush Soccer is an international soccer organization that was founded in Denver, Colorado and is headquartered in New York. Rush Soccer partners with over 80 youth and professional clubs across the world. History Rush Soccer was founded in April 1997 in Denver, Colorado. The Colorado Rush, the first domestic Rush club, has won over 12 National Championships, and 1 World Youth Tournament since the inaugural season began in 1997. The first partnered club was Virginia Rush in 2002 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 2009, Rush Soccer began to expand internationally after partnering with a small district in South Africa called Nkomazi. Since then, Rush has formed partnerships with clubs in Africa, South America, Central America Europe and Asia. Rush is represented in 48 states of the US and in over 30 countries. 2024 League1 Ontario Season
The 2024 Men's League1 Ontario season is the tenth of League1 Ontario, a Division 3 men's soccer league in the Canadian soccer pyramid and the highest level of soccer based in the Canadian province of Ontario. Starting from this season, the league will split into three divisions with promotion and relegation between them. The Premier division will be composed of 12 clubs, the Championship division of 10 clubs, all returning from last season. The League2 Ontario will be made up by three conferences containing reserve teams and newly licensed clubs. Master's Futbol Academy, commonly known as Master's FA, is a Canadian semi-professional soccer club based in Scarborough, Toronto, Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario. Burlington Soccer Club is a Canadian semi-professional soccer club based in Burlington, Ontario that plays in League1 Ontario. History The club was founded in 1962 under the name Burlington Police Minor Soccer. In 1975, the club incorporated and changed their name to Burlington Youth Soccer Club; soon after in 1979, they won their first Ontario Cup.
