Rui Mota
Rui Tomás Faustino Pinto da Mota (born 26 March 1979) is a Portuguese football manager. He is the manager of Ludogorets Razgrad in the Bulgarian First Football League. Career Born in Lisbon, Mota was a scout at Sporting CP from 2012 to 2016. He was then assistant manager to former Portugal international Ricardo Sá Pinto at clubs in various countries: Al Fateh, Atromitos, Standard Liège, Legia Warsaw, Braga, Vasco da Gama, Gaziantep, Moreirense and Esteghlal. In September 2023, Mota was hired as under-19 manager at Šibenik in Croatia, having initially come to the club as a coach for the first team. He quit before the turn of the year. Mota was given his first job as a head coach in January 2024, on a two-year deal at Dila Gori in Georgia's Erovnuli Liga. The UEFA Conference League (UECL), usually known simply as the Conference League, is an annual football competition organised since 2021 by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) for eligible European football clubs. Release Clause
A buyout clause or release clause refers to a clause in an employment contract. It allows the employee to terminate the contract unilaterally upon payment of a specified (usually substantial) fee to the employer. The fee may be paid by the employee directly, but is more usually paid by a prospective employer who wishes to acquire the employee's services. The 2024 Erovnuli Liga season or Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga 2024 (formerly known as ''Umaglesi Liga'') was the 36th season of top tier football in Georgia. Dinamo Batumi were the defending champions.
