Rui Modesto
Rui Manuel Muati Modesto (born 7 October 1999) is a footballer who plays as a winger for Italian club Udinese. Born in Portugal, he represents the Angola national team. Initially a defender in his native Portugal, Modesto moved to a more attacking role after moving to Finland. Early career Modesto was born in Vendas Novas and developed his football skills through various youth clubs in Afeiteira, Estrela Vendas Novas, Juventude Évora and Lusitano Évora. Modesto made his senior debut with Estrela Vendas Novas first team in the 2017–18 season, playing in Portuguese third-tier Campeonato de Portugal. Between 2018 and 2020, he played with Vitória Setubal U23 in Liga Revelação youth league. Club career Honka On 17 September 2020, Modesto transferred to Honka in Finnish top-tier Veikkausliiga. The 2023 Allsvenskan was the 99th season of Sweden's top-level football league, Allsvenskan. A total of 16 teams participated. BK Häcken were the defending champions after winning the title in the previous season. IF Brommapojkarna and Halmstads BK were promoted after finishing first and second in the 2022 Superettan, while Varbergs BoIS staved off relegation by defeating third placed Östers IF. Malmö FF clinched their 23rd Swedish championship title and 26th Allsvenskan title on 12 November 2023, the final game day of the regular season, by defeating the other title competitor, IF Elfsborg, 1–0 at home. Allsvenskan (; ), also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan (, ) is a professional association football league in Sweden and the highest level of the Swedish football league system. Founded in 1924, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan, the second highest league in the Swedish football, Swedish men's football league system. 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League
The 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League was the inaugural season of the UEFA Europa Conference League, Europe's tertiary club football tournament organised by UEFA. The final was played at the Arena Kombëtare in Tirana, Albania, with Roma defeating Feyenoord 1–0. As winners, Roma automatically qualified for the 2022–23 UEFA Europa League group stage, although they had already done so through their league position. Veikkausliiga () is a professional association football league in Finland and the highest level of the Finnish football league system. The league comprises the top 12 clubs of the country. Its main sponsor is the Finnish national betting agency Veikkaus, hence the league's name. Veikkausliiga was founded in 1990; before that the top division was called ''Mestaruussarja'' (championship series) since 1930 which was an amateur or semi-professional league.
